A production solution is the key to affordable quality. Finding solutions that are production friendly and also maintains the required quality is our strength.
Almost in all components manufactured, critical dimensions and specifications are 100% inspected. For instant, 100% lots in inspected for threads in brass molding inserts. If possible, a production solution is developed to ensure that the critical parameter is maintained or else 100% lot is inspected post-production.
An example of production solution that has achieved both the goals of quality maintenance and affordable production is the production of one million contact pins per day and still 100% of lot is inspected for hole diameter. It is due to this production solution that the quality is not compromised and still production is maintained and made affordable.
Above picture shows that about hundreds of pcs are at once checked for hole and then cleared for plating and packing. The process is very rapid and lacs of pcs can be inspected within a matter of few hours. As the process is rapid, cost is less and it is ensured that the critical parameter of the product is as per requirement.
